Holland news: defective pacemakers worldwide

In Denmark there has just been a news update that cardiologists in Holland have discovered a large amount of defective pacemakers around the world. Does anyone know about this? Which brand name and type?

This is about the St Judes Riata leads. The problem was reported about 6 months ago by St. Judes. A follow-up study in the Netherlands showed that in about 15% of the cases there was something wrong with the leads.
