I got my new pacemaker on the 5th of March this year and it was a rough go for me. I posted a few questions about this and that and I had some very mixed emotions about the answers I received.
Today, it has turned out that I just feel great! It doesn't matter to me anymore, because who really cares anyway! I sure don't! ha ha!
I have been outside doing the gardening, mostly clean-up, swept the garage, all that sand from the snow melting off my car and I have had a great day! The sun has been shining, I felt strong, I could breathe and moved around without pain, without worry and I felt so strong. Even my hubby commented that I looked like the strong wonderful woman he had been missing.
So, hang in there people, things can improve. I am so happy it is Spring!
Thank you for your support when I was feeling so down. :-)

Good for you PG
I got mine on the 13 of March and each day feel stronger and more at ease with this new part of my life. I mowed the lawn yesterday and swept the garage. Glad you are feeling better about everything and feeling more back to normal. Keep up the good work and all the best to you.

Got my pm on 2/24/10 and at almost 7weeks I feel almost back to normal. Doing mostly what I did before, just have to strengthen my upper body again, but first I am concentrating on doing gentle arm stretches to loosen up my left arm and shoulder. Been hearing a few people talking about frozen shoulder, so have been trying my best to avoid it.
A big plus is that I have lost 2 pounds since I started exercising again (no dieting - I eat healthy anyway).
Good news!

Glad to hear several reports that folks are starting to feel good.
I was beginning to panic at not being in a panic. LOL
