Got another 60 or so miles in yesterday on the bike (2 days after what was a small blizzard here in Colorado, gotta love the weather out here). Finding I am beginning to plateau so it is time to start shifting my training a little to add more strength and core muscle building to just my aerobic riding.

16.55 miles after work...

love the warm weather because it means I can ride outside instead of on a spin bike or some other indoor workout (I and my knees really don't like to run anymore). Took off for any hour after work yesterday and did local loop around town. Still need to get my speed up but getting there, Used to be able to do this look about 5 mph faster (and at peak fitness 8 mph faster) but right now working on the endurance part, the speed will come.
