Time For Replacing Pacemaker/ICD

Best bets for good answers to your question are ask your doctor or St. Jude.. There are things to take into consideration other than battery voltage. Such as, the percent of time your pacemaker/ICD is helping your heart, how convenient is it for you to come in for a pacemaker/ICD replacement, age of your pacemaker, if a newer model pacemaker/ICD could better serve your particular need for a pacemaker/ICD than the one you currently have, etc.
