Left Arm/Shoulder Movement?

Hi Folks, I'm now 10 weeks since my pm implant and the swelling/bruising has now gone - neat scar healed well and no side effects! However I would like to know from you guys who have already had this experience - it seems that my arm will only go to certain positions until it won't move any further....it feels like it's restricted under my armpit and often stiff in morning inside my shoulder. I can move it more than I could, yet this is the only thing I have had trouble with. How have you coped with this? (I am now off on a cruise to New England & Canada so looking forward to getting some walking done; the ship has a jogging track which I am reluctant to pack my trainers for....maybe better to wait till I get home in case I feel uneasy with my pm helping out! ) Thanks.

Any restrictions?

If your doc has removed any limitations you probably just need to start using it and some easy stretching. The more you didn't use it after surgery, the more likely it will take some work and some time to loosen up all your muscles, tendons and ligaments again.
