Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. How lucky we are to get this chance for better living with this pace maker procedure.
Remember to keep you left arm below shoulder level for a while....

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.

PaulB, our prayers and thoughts go out to you and your families during this time of your implant. Your pacemaker (PM) will become your very best friend in your future.
After the initial few hours/day of your incision, you will be out and about and will forget your newest best friend, your PM. Mine goes around like an "energizer bunny" ~ just working its lil' battery.
My implant was 10/2/09 and now I forget the PM is even there most of the time (unless I bump it with my ever moving arms/hands as I talk.
Let us all hear from you, and if you are not a member of the PM Club of over 10,000 members nation wide, please join us for a lot of exciting news, comments or if you should have any question(s). There are so many members who are so educated on the PM, I feel they know more than most doctors can tell you!
Take care, Carolyn G. in TEXAS ( :
