Special attention?

Hello all :-)
So I do ballet, and I'm in a semi-vocational school. I do at least I dance class a day, and I'm wondering if, in exams, I should have a special note or something saying I have a PM. My friends sometimes get worried cause my stamina isn't like theirs, but I don't know if I like the idea of having special consideration notes on my exams... Any thoughts??
Just a bit worried...

I always preferred not to draw attention to myself, but if stamina will affect your grades then I would talk to the teachers.

Your choice

From my experience with ballet teachers they do not enter students for exams unless they feel that they are capable of passing, As you will be aware the exams are based on different elements with stamina just being one of these elements.

If you are happy with your progress and the school think that you are capable then it is what you feel is right for you and not what your friends think. If you are unsure then I agree that a discussion with your teachers may help.

The classes you take give the teachers an idea of each students strengths and weaknesses and any group routines for exam boards will be considered by the teaching staff before the exams are taken.

Hope you continue to enjoy your ballet and best of luck for your exams.

as a teacher

As a PE teacher, I would like to know that you have a pm: Not to give you special attention or special needs but so that I if I notice that your movements are different from YOUR movements, I can react appropriately. I have students who have a slew of different and wonderfully inserted technology that makes them uniquely them. I do not judge them differently but I do like to be aware so that if something does happen, I can be the most helpful for you.

Hope that that makes sense.
