Well, I have SSS with A-Fib. Not sure what all I can tell you but I know that I cannot take a hit to the chest and other then that to my understanding I am clear to do anything I feel capable of doing. The tricky part is getting the meds balanced correctly so that you feel good. Don't forget to stay on top of the docs about pacemaker settings and about how your meds make you feel.

The age limit makes since to me because someone at age 60 with the same limitations as a 30 year old may not even notice the limitations that may be devastating to the 30 year old. As the question was about limitations, it can be important to separate the limitations of age from the limitations of the PM.

So far no sides or limits except...

Heavy training...but I was slowing down on that long ago...no point anymore, nothing to gain lifting heavy weights. Still train though, just lighter. Back into golf and almost at pre-PM level. As far as hits to the chest the rib cage protects those but how many hits have you taken anyway? I'm at 11/wks. How bout you?

bradnissan ~ I HAVE to "give you a hard/bad time" on your comment ~ LOL ~ ~ You ARE only as old as YOU feel ~ ~ OR ~ ~ as young as YOU want to feel ~ ~ counting AGE by BIRTH was started by someone who needed something to do ~ NOT count the years ~ LOL ~ ~ Hope you did/will get your answers ~ this PM Club has been very helpful and knowledgable to me ~ NO MATTER what age ~ young as in VERY young children and MATURE, as in over 50, especially the ones who have had PM/ablation for years have the "know how" to tell me what to look FOR ~ what to look FORWARD to ~ AND the very fact they have what you "young whipper snappers" have AND need to know more of ~ just more MATURITY ~ Hang in there bradnissan ~ LOL ( :
