Hi everyone, hope all was/is well with you and yours during this year. It seems that Nov thru Jan is the most difficult time for a lot of folks. This past year has been a very challageing one to say the least. Having an op for a pace maker was a time for my family, especially my dear sweet husband, to give whatever support they could even tho they couldn't really empathize w/me.
Holidays usually broght me down both physically and emotionally. Now I feel that God has given me a second chance to try again not to be perfect, but to be a human being not a human doing! I used to pray that everyone's pain be taken awan from them, but now I pray "if it be your will and grant them grace/peace and love enough to carry it thru the best way they know how!"" Have a peaceful and restful new year everyone! Laura

Question for you all... does anyone get hot flashes?and is that related to the PM settings etc? and I have been reading about how NOT to get dehygraded? and why is that? I drink lots of water so I don't have a problem with it but I wondered about it?
probably women questions :) LOL

Very well said, Laura.!!!!!!!
I totally agree with you. I am on of "those" who always seem to get a bit down during the holidays or perhaps its because of the gloomy winter...I don't know.
I just know that nothing lasts forever and try to take each day as it comes.
With the support of all these wonderful people on this site, it sure does make my life a lot easier.
Happy Holidays
Pookie
