Change in lead charge

The charge in one of my leads has changed from 0.8 to 1.4 in 9 months. My doctor could not tell me the reason for it. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Do mean the voltage?

If so that isn't unusual. Over time the heart wall can become accustomed to the pacing pulses and require a bit more strength. 1.4V is still in a nice range.
