I had a PM installed 14th December last year, and was feeling really terrible, until the doctors found out that I had a chronic inflammation in the appendix. When it was discovered and taken out just before Easter, things got much better overnight.
I have Afib, more after the PM was installed, than before. I feel much better now, but I guess I still have long periods of Afib, though I have trouble knowing when they occur.
Today, I had my first run, and it wasn't bad at all. But if somebody could give me some advice on my pulse variations, I would appreciate greatly.
My PM paces my heart in the interval 70-150 bpm. When I trained this morning, I was able to change my pulse between 120 and 180 bpm with ease, with each run approximately 60-70 meters.

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
