ive had a couple of falls, not under the influence lol, but i did feel a bit sore afterwards, but no ill effects, if you are worried go and ask them to check it out

Pulled Lead

It all depends on why you got the pacemaker. With a pulled lead, it is possible to have a new pain, Or your heart rate may be too low because the electrical impulses from the pacemaker cannot make you heart beat.
If you got the pacemaker for a low or slow heart rate and you know what the rate was before and after the pacemaker check your heart rate. If it is less than what the low setting is on your pacemaker that is a pretty good indication you have a problem and need to see your doctor.
