when to worry ?

my first was a pacemaker, but now i have a icd. should i be worried
about the adjustment i get. thats what they call them at the clinic. so for they are not painful just kind of scary. they move my chest and i have a funny feeling just befor it happens. i'm just affraid of the big shock they can give. today i have had 5 of them . i would just like to know when to really worry. and how does everyone cope with this.

thanks

They will not shock you at your check!! It should be pretty much the same as when you had only a pm.
