Puzzling test stress results

Hello! It's been a while since I've posted :) Hi again, friends! I had a stress test today and was wondering if anyone has had similar results. My base rate is a junctional tachycardia to begin with. And the test showed that once I started exerting myself, the pacemaker started to kick in, a/v pacing. I went in and out of a/v pacing while the heart rate was between 130-120. Once it was down to 100 it didn't show any pacer spikes. Any ideas? Could it be settings? Let me know if you need more details:)
