How long do I need to wait?

I had my pacemaker installed under my right collar bone in December because I have a heart deformaty. My doctor told me a few months ago to not lift over 50lbs and I don't know how much I can lift now because it's been a while and I always seem to be lifting/moving things around. Like my room, I always change it around. I also had a mitral valve replacement in July of 2005, but I doubt that effects the pacer.

I have a deformed heart, so they installed my pacemaker on my right side instead of the normal left. After a while he said I could lift 20 lbs, then after 3-4 months, he said it was fine for 50 lbs. I think he said I had no limits at this point, but I am still curious on how much I should lift at all. I'm a 16 year old girl, who, before the surgery, could dead lift my own weight, which is about 150 lbs back then. I have no idea what my limits on anything are. I am not sure what would be safe.
I am also curious because, I recently haven't been concerned about weight lifting and have been fighting/wrestling with my uncle, whom is strong, and my boyfriend teaches me moves to help me also, so I've been working my arms out quite a bit, and 3 or 4 times I've felt my scar start to hurt at one of the incision points. It was completely randomly, not right after wrestling, just random. I also, a few moments ago, felt like the actual muscle they cut into to put the pacemaker under, hurt a little and I wasn't sure why.

I'm 43 and have had my pacemaker four weeks today. I'm looking forward to living another 50 years and this marvelous device inside me will help me do that.
