I am also having problems when I eat it feels like the food lodges behind my left shoulder blade and hurts so bad. If you have any comments I would appreciate them. Thanks..

The feeling of food lodging behind your left shoulder could be esophageal spasms. I've gone through times of experiencing them and they sure can be painful. It has to do with the muscles of the esophagus not contracting in the right order to move food down. The pain is also a lot like that of GERD.

As for the vibration in your left arm I'm stumped. Might be a good idea to call your doc and check it out.
