I can't find any technical information on it so it is pretty hard to say. One source does list the amount of current which is very small, but doesn't give any idea of the frequency or path the current takes. If the current is confined to the head of the device there should be no problem at all. If the current returns through the hand and arm then the pacer would be in the path.
