Patient requesting for an ICD

I am Mr. Joselito Albert S. Frilles, separated with 3 children.. I'm
from the Philippines. I have ICD implanted to me July of 1999. The
device model is Gem DR 7271, serial #PIM301148R. I worked with San
Miguel Corporation before and they payed for all my hospital bills and
the ICD.
They didn't hire me anymore because of my health condition. At present
i'm jobless. The doctor advised me to have a new ICD.
I'm writing you to ask for your help sir. My doctor said they have to
remove the leads & my ICD. Because it is infected. As you know
I don't have any means to pay for a new ICD. I'm presently confined a the Philippine General Hospital.
Please help me.
