I accidentally reached up with my left arm and caught myself doing it. But afterwards felt really nervous. I hope the leads didn't move. can somebody reassure me

My main problem was stretching while sitting in my recliner. I assigned my wife the job of yelling at me anytime she saw me reaching overhead.

It's so natural to reach up that only handcuffs would stop it

I agree that the chance of doing any damage to the leads is very small.
