Getting Interference from Lead

This is my 3rd ICD (for VTach) since 2002 and have the same leads. Last week during an interagation, I was told that I was getting interference on one of my leads and that the connection might be loose. I see Card tomorrow to discuss - but will def want it repaired. Anyone else experience this? If so, what was done??

I was also told that I have had several SVT's in last few months. I normally only get PVC's - haven't been feeling up to par as well - could this be due to the loose wire???
