Sept 12th
Having mine put in Sept 12th, my stomach is in knots, the reason is my heart had a viral/baterial infection , left side only working at low 20 des , right side high 80 des, being told the blood is not getting pumped properly out of the left side of my heart , having shortness of breath issues and low energy , my heat rate generally into the high 90 des, becuase of the infection , slow the PM will slow it down and turn up the pumping rate on the left side,
Read alot of low heart beat patience , how about any high heart rate patience with PM ,
All comments are welcome , The surgury date is getting closer and my stomach is telling me that
Thanks for listening
Roy

This happened to me 10 yrs ago thought it was the start of the end.My Cardiologist, who I still see, put me on meds that he tweeked here and there and then after four yrs a CRT-D. It was an immediate improvement. When I read your post I noticed some similarities and I am just wondering how you are doing after your implant.

You know you're wired when...
You need to be re-booted each morning.

A pacemaker completely solved my problem. In fact, it was implanted just 7 weeks ago and I ran a race today, placed first in my age group.
Hang in there

You are the first I had read about that has the same problem I have. I been fighting this for more then 9 months and now my dr thinks it back and doing more damage. I have a CRT-D implant which helped some. In fact it had my EF up to 30-35% and I was feeling great, but now I'm back down to 15% and having the same problems as you again.
I went thru 6 months before they put the CRT-D in. In that time, I was put in the hospital 5 times for a total of 45 days. I been in and out of the hospital 8 times from the beginning. In that time, more meds were added along with taking me off others till things start working right.
My heart LV is not working at all now were as the RV is pumping at 60%. So I a bit more in bad shape then you.
Once you get the PM, it will take a little time for them to adjust it till you will see that you feel better. I'm sure your dr will put you on a bunch of meds that will need adjusting too!
If you have any question on my treatment for this, let me know. Most people here have or had heart problems other then from a viro infection like us.
