Sternal wires(not pacer wires, still have those. The sternal wires were from the open heart surgery I had right before my pacer implant) have been out for 9 days! Feeling better everyday! rash and pain are getting better. Still have to take tylenol at least twice a day and benedryl for the itching at least once a day. But feeling much better. The nurses thought the rash was either from the pain medicine or the sterile rub they used for the surgery. Got steroids to help the rash because it wouldn't stop spreading. Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers!
