HI.........Had my PM implanted Jan. 11th------no problems at all, wouldn't even know it's there. Appt. with surgeon tomorrow to get discharged from his care and get transferred to cardio Dr. Want to know when I can get back to playing golf.......better be pretty soon !!!!!!! Getting antsy.......

As far as golf is concerned you might as well figure on forgetting it for a month or so. Its the long swings that are a problem with causing lead problems. That's the bad news. The good news is once the leads get settled in you should be able to get back to full activity.
In the meantime be sure to do some gentle range of motion exercises while keeping the pacer side arm below shoulder level. Hate to see you wait it out and then find you have a frozen shoulder from not using it.
