Cold

I get frozen to the bone even on warm days. Is this due to my heart failure ?

The heart has to work harder when it's cold. Same for when it's hot. If you have heart failure your heart is not an efficient pump so that could be contributory. Also some beta blockers may cause cold extremities. Have you mentioned this to your cardiologist? Hope this helps. I am also an HF patient.

My cardiologist is brilliant and after lots of trial and error got me running. I finished this years London Marathon in 3hrs 38 minutes.
