left arm

well I am having a bad pain in the inner side of my elbow on my left arm..My pacemaker defib is fine .It has been there for almost 1 year. this just hit me yesterday and tonight it is worse and kinda like a muscle spasm....has anyone ever had this happen
I do have osterarthritis in my knees and back but this is weird...
I feel fine all over but there...cant hardly stretch out my arm..just wondered what it might be Here is it late at night but guess its not got anything to do with the defib pacmaker..any ideas on this..thanks
