Finally some answers!
Finally got home from indy the good news my echo came back good no fluid around the heart and my pacemaker is working good, the bad news is now I have a different kind of arrethmia called junctional rhythem which is when the area in the av node is trying to do the pacing (which is not normal). He is going to try me on meds and see if that helps. He said he doesn't want to go in after it right now cause it would put me in complete heart block and I'm guessing would have to get a different kind of pacer and said that I have been through alot this year. I go back on nov 19th for follow up and said he might order a holter monitor if this continues to see exactly how often this is happening. Thanks to a nurse at work who put me on tele at work yesterday we were able to print out strips that showed my p wave disappear and thats when he realized what was going on and then he seen it on the echo. Soooo hopefully meds work!

A pacemaker suddenly quitting is no more likely to happen than you are to be struck by lightening.
