biventricular pacing

Our 3rd son Easton has a pacemaker. He was diagnosed with complete AV heart block when he was 2. He received his first pacemaker when he was 4 and is going to be getting his 4th one this May. He is now 18. He will be switching to biventricular pacing and I wondered if anyone has had experience with this.

to a BiVentricular ICD on December 13th. So far all is good.
I feel alot better no more issues with my breathing.

Is there a reason they want to add the third lead? I have CCHB also but plan to put off the 3rd lead as long as I can.
