TMJ and Sleep settings

Hello all. Excuse my ignorance Jax - but what is TMJ ??
I am pleased to report that the stiff neck and headaches are much improved. I sould abit like a "cry baby" but now I have another question!?!
On my recent visit (a month ago) to my heart specalist he turned the sleep setting ON to see if this would improve my bad sleeping at night. It is set to drop to 60 bpm at 10 pm and change back to 75 bpm at 5.30 am. Now I seem to feel tired all the time! Grrrrrrrrrrr . . . has anyone else had this problem. Do you think I should make an appointment to have it turned OFF again?? Thanks guys :)

Tmj is grinding your teeth especially when you sleep.
It can cause soreness and headaches even earaches.
I have to wear a mouth guard when I sleep or I'm in trouble.
