Always good to see what cardio doc has to say. Have afib and aflutter, will most likely always have it. Keep taking meds, if afib gets uncomfortable go to ER. How uncomfortable is to much, listen to your body, you'll know. When I come back from visiting my daughter, he wants me to go to cardio rehab to see if different levels of activity put me into afib. Apperently aflutter is just a basic part of my life. All in all I'm in good shape for the shape I'm in. He beleaves I should do anything I want to do, good thing cause thats what I do. My daughters don"t always agree, I told them even if I was wrapped in cotten batting everything ends, that also is a part of life. I also take warfarin, so don't worry about strokes. Most things that are beyond my control I just don't have time to worry about. And at 70 I've found most things are beyond my control. Enjoy belonging to this forum and reading the comments and suggestions, good advice and caring people. Keep it up, Jean

Since we all have a terminal illness (called life) from which there is no escape, just get out and do whatever you feel like doing. The key is what you FEEL like doing, not what somebody else wants to dictate.
