Hedge Trimmers

Can anyone tell me whether I should use the above after having a pacemaker fitted. It requires manouevring a fairly heavy bit of equipment above shoulder height for much of the time.

Using Hedge Trimmers

by SMITTY - 2013-01-30 05:01:21

Hello Martyn,

We are all different so I'll just tell you my experience. I'm on my second PM, having got my first one in 2,000. Each time I followed the Drs. orders, which meant light arm use for about 5 or 6 weeks and thereafter doing anything I felt like doing. The only thing I am cautious about with my PM is to not get a direct blow on the PM. As for using tools, including using my electric hedge trimmers, I use any I want to without giving my PM a second thought.

Hedge Trimmers

Hey Martyn!

If you get on my side of the pond this spring, I have some hedges here in Michigan that could really use some attention!
