update CRT-D

I had my CRT-D installed 9/24/2012 and recalibration 1/2/2013; The tech showed me how the sync was working well with both RV and LV with minimal regurgitation; This has helped be feel a lot better as I felt the techs knew what they were doing instead of just twiddling knobs. My sob problem has come down and I feel lot better that in the past 3 months post installation 9/24. Since I am also a diabetic (type 2, with insulin), most of the sob is also related to to BG levels and insulin levels. My LV EF was down below 20 before CRT-D; It is interesting to learn that I shd have got it done a few years earlier, I had no problem until we increased the Diovan and went on insulin for diabetes; No one wants to blame insulin causing sob (would like feedback on any one with insulin and CHF issues.) I find that if I keep my BG level within range, sob is in control. Thanks for your feed back.
