This is something I knew was going to happen six years ago. At first it didn't make sense, since I am more athletic today than I was in the military. But you cannot make sense of things all the time and you have to either deal with it or not. I hope to be both a positive contributor and good listener in here.

And the bandages are off, all that's left is the skin glue. I still have a skipped beat--maybe one every several minutes. Still, it beats the crap out of a HR under 36 and skipped beats seemingly one out of every 8-10.

No pain, all gain. Loving life.
