shoulder and back pains?

Hey everyone i got my ICD implanted about 2 and a half weeks ago and after a few days on having it in it felt like i had a frozen left shoulder and really felt the urge to stretch it really high. Also, it is really quite sore on this one area on the back of my left shoulder when it's touched, it used to really hurt when i lay down.

Has anyone else experienced this and what did they do to relieve it? Thanks

Keep shrugging your shoulders and rolling them forwards and backwards. You cant lift up because of the risk of unbedding the wires in the early stages, but there is nothing stopping you going to the swimming baths and doing gentle breast stroke.
