Dan, Thanks for all the info, something I am now looking into as I just had an AV ablation, got pm 15 mths ago, . I had no luck with the website you provided which I do want to access. It ran me into a bunch to choose from and I am not experienced enough to go there. Any further advice on finding it, as I am certainly interested in optimising my remaining years. mt
