and doctor suggested for angiogram in coming days....i dont whether my dad can take that pain.....please suggest for me...

thank for ur comments...his age is 63 and he had angiogram before 5 years.....and he is a smoker......
saw him today he is feeling better now....dr. suggested next monday for his angiogram.....hope everything will be alright for him......
he is an active person.....he loves to travel the world..and love reading books...he does yoga,swimming,and working in his company...we want him back to be active as much as he was in these years/.well prayers are always wit him.....thank u for ur kind reply....

..............Angiograms are more about anxiety and stress than they are ever about pain..
So..in my view accept any sedative that is available and make sure that your Fathers tells his Cardiologist during the proceedure of any increase in anxiety.
Remember,..a contented Patient will experience a quicker proceedure by giving the Cardio less to contend with.
Dad will be OK..but dont wind him up.
