Pain from voltage

I just got out the hospital with severe back left shoulder pain/chest pain and breathing problems. It would up being from my pacemaker voltage being set too high. Once they lowered it everything felt better. I've been having this problem for 2 and half months. It seemed like a phrenic nerve problem and I was breathing very rapidly. Anyone experienced this problem?
