No wonder you needed a reprogram. Do you know what frequency it was. Gets high enough & it will radiate. But still the mag field from that much current will cause you grief..

I experienced 30 amps at 240 V when my electric water heater was on & the cable passed w/in 3-4 inches of my PM. I thought it had just quit on me. Darned near fell off the ladder I was climbing.

Stay away from anything high voltage. Let all the people you work with that you have a device and if anything happens to get you away from machinery or even outside.

Hi just had pacemaker fitted on 15th so 3 days ago . I'm a boilermaker by trade ,I know the doctors said no welding but as a male and instructions don't normally go together thought id look on here to find a way to carry on welding .After reading the warnings about magnets don't think I will be using the magdrill either . Well from the information you have posted looks like I'm marking out and doing setouts or might have to take a rigging course and do that as not overfond of working inside.

Here we go guys and girls Tig welding starts tomorrow on my sheet metal course. Only problem is i don't have my lead vest with me this week so im going to be very careful. I will let you know how i get on.
