it' s been 11 days now since i got my PM, i still feel tired and feel a little bit discomfort especially in my neck and chest area..i only have 4 weeks sick leave and my work usually do a lot of lifting and upper arm movement.is it safe for me to go back to work immediately?is there any possibility that the leads might dislodge from their position if i go back to work?

You know you're wired when...
You can take a lickin and keep on tickin.

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.

Check with your dr. It depends why you got the pm and how you feel when you can go back to work, but most drs want us to wait 6 weeks for lifting. Odds are you won't dislodge the leads, everything after the first 48 hours is precaution, but it may not feel good. Can you go back with limited activity?
