3rd Vote for Cardiac Rehab

I think it is truly a very important part of the recovery process. If your Cardio approves it, go for it when the time comes.
It sounds you are improving nicely after only 2 weeks. Good job.
Keep up the good work!

sounds like you have been thru a lot... glad to hear you are doing better...that "confidence" word is a big one indeed... I have had my pm for about 3 months now, and am still adjusting to lots of new things. I did cardio rehab for 1 month, and that helped my confidence tremendously... got to exercies under monitored conditions, and realized I could do things without fearing that my heart would just stop working or explode... I think as time goes by, things become more & more familiar... Little flutters... tiny shocks...feeling tired... shortness of breath... all part of the territory... just take your time and enjoy what you have... sounds like you've been cooped up for quite some time... take short walks... go outside and breathe in some fresh air... get a little sunshine...seems like life is getting better for you...enjoy... :)
