Muzikin, I'm also with a new Adapta PM and also having issues with the rate response, so we should continue to talk as we work through adjustments. My settings are
Optimization-on
ADL Response-3
Exertion Response-3
ADLR Perscent-2.0%
Activity Threshold-medium/low
Activity Acceleration-60 sec
Activity Deceleration-Exercise
High Rate % - 0.2%
ADL rate Setpoint- was 34 now 61
Upper rate Setpoint- was 104 now 151
I'm not sure how or why the last two numbers changed, I have a feeling it was something automatic in the programming
My running has been going down hill as adjustments have made it worse or something in the settings is adjusting my capabilities downward.
I can only run for about 10 min before I feel like I'm in heart block then I have to complete my run with a run walk method, on and off from 15-30 secs walk and the run portion can very between 1 to 3 or 4 min,,,talking to the dr office and they say everything is working the way it's supposed to,,but I'm getting worse
In 68, male and runner for 40+ yrs! don't do much biking anymore as traffic intimidates me now days !!
Anyone please feel free to comment on any feedback to our Adapta settings and recommendations or what they mean vs what we are feeling,,thanks to all,,,,

I am 100% pacemaker dependant and have been all my life. I try not to think about how a little metal box keeps me alive - it would drive me crazy. So I lead a very active life.

I'm still about the same, I sent in a remote interrogation last wk and again all was said to be normal. I'm now paced 73% in Atrial which with previous settings this was under 5%. I'm scheduled to see someone new tomorrow one of their electrophysiologist hopeful but doubtful,I'll let you know, good luck to you
