Thanks, I had fire dept trainning last night and was worried if the harness would move my ICD. No problems. :)

Thank you

I just started the blog yesterday, so I haven't developed a full page yet, but it's coming along pretty nicely. I hope the workouts that I post will help. I tend to take it easy on my left arm for fear of dislodging my leads, but so far so good. Hope this will help you!

very nice!

Hi Cayla!

I just checked out your blog and think it looks great! I look forward to seeing it progress and I love the idea that you will be posting exercises geared toward people with PM's.

Congratulations ~ awesome job!

Thank you for the positive feedback! If any of you have questions or suggestions on what you would like to see posted, please feel free to let me know. I would be glad to help and research any concerns that us PM folks may have. :)

Looking forward to seeing the blog

I am interested in hearing about your experiences. I really enjoyed Crossfit before my implant 6 months ago. What amazes me is that it really isn't that big of an impact on my workouts. I just don't do exercises that I could risk bumping the PM and that's it. That pretty just means I use dumbbells or kettlebells instead of a barbell for things like front squats and cleans.

Cool!

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.
