Oson-Pace Alert Portable Device

Hi All,

Did you ever had the opportunity to use the Oson Pace Alert portable device with your PM.If Yes,how effective it was?

Although most electronics don't harm PM function, will this device still detect indicating that you are subjected to interference?

We have people on this forum who work in power plants and on diesel-electric locomotives. No problems.

Most of the RF, EMF, Microwaves, and Magnetic fields you'll run into around the home won't affect your pacemaker. Most of the RF, EMF, Microwaves, and Magnetic fields you'll run into in most public places won't affect your pacemaker.

And even if the fields affect the pacemaker it will just go into either a test mode or maintenance mode. So you'll know when you run into a field. All you have to do is to back out of the area and your pacemaker will revert to normal working mode. No permanent damage.

Unless you're going into an industrial setting on a regular basis, no need to spend $80+ dollars to watch for fields that will affect your pacemaker. And, after you've got it, how do you know the sensor is working?

So, personally, I wouldn't spend the money on something you can't even tell if it's working.

You know you're wired when...

You run like the bionic man.

Do feel free to contact the manufacturer of your device. I have found them to be quite helpful when I have had questions and concerns.
