I currently have a Boston Scientific SCS that has given me back my life from nerve damage. Now I find out that my fainting spells are likely due to my low heart rate and a PM is likely the answer shortly.
Ist is contraindicated according to BS lit but a case by case approval may be possible.
Anybody here in this spot?

Does anyone have a spinal stimulator AND a PM?
I just joined and haven't completed the profile yet but the question doesn't really involve diagnosis or background if anybody is or has been in a similar spot.
Thanks.
Ill know more on Monday after the EP appt.

Well. The EP says tilt table Tuesday as in tomorrow and then prob drugs and maybe ablation before we go th PM route.
Don't feel any relief regarding this route but he did say my SCS could stay even if a PM had to be installed. THAT was a relief in and of itself. I was dreading hearing that my quality of life savior would have to go if I had to have a life savior instead.
He did mention midodrine as a probable drug. Said my BP and HR are prob dropping and the PM by itself couldn't fix that. I've been reading lots of experiences on here and I appreciate the site. I completed some of my bio yesterday but I'm sure theres more ill add as I get more at home here.

I reread and I hope this didn't seem rude.
I'm still freaked out and looking for low hanging fruit answers to simple questions for now.
