Return to CrossFit!

I had a follow up with my cardiologist last week and all restrictions have been lifted that I had to adhere to from the PM procedure back in January. He actually lifted them two weeks earlier then planned.

I returned to CrossFit on February 27th exactly seven weeks after the procedure and have had three WODS since then with one of them being a Team WOD with my wife. I have had to scale back the weights, reps, etc; but have had no problems otherwise. I'm not ashamed to admit that my first day back I RXed the WOD by using the female RX weight.

Womens RX on your first day back is perfectly respectable! Nice job.

Thanks everyone!

Good Stuff,

I'm only experienciing a loss of endurance due to being out for a while. My PM is only set to pace if I drop below a HR of 40. The rest of the time its just their for the ride.

I had a ICD put in on 2008. In 2012 I opened my own Crossfit Box. My only problem is the technical lifts such as cleans being uncomfortable on the ICD. Do you know if there is any website for protective clothing.
