Warmth Around Incision Site

My pacemaker was installed on 4/18/14, about three weeks ago. There is still some warmth around the incision site. Is this normal for three weeks out?

It's still healing, so yeah, some redness and warmth is still normal. Changes are what you want to watch for- streaking, oozing, swelling, fever. Ditto Dizzy's advice, ice is your friend.
