hola...i'm 62 with recent pm (3 days ago) very active normally and having much difficulty with less activity. cardio. put me in ipsilateral shoulder harness x 1 wk. i'm not buying it. need to exercise implant side to some degree, already shoulder is stiff and painful. i know need to keep arm<180 & no abduction. anyone out there come up with some exercises besides standard impingement exercises?

You don't really need any special exercises. Just be careful to not raise the arm high or lift anything heavy. Other than that move normally and go about your day. Wondering why they gave you a harness, usually they put us in a sling for 24 hrs and that's it.
