Don't hit the panic button

My BP was higher after the PM. It went up to normal. My heart was beating steady and fast enough for the first time in a long time.
A BP of 140/90 isn't ideal, but it's not a great big danger red flag either. It's only been two weeks. Your heart--indeed your whole body is still adjusting to the improved blood flow. And still healing on the inside although it might look healed on the outside.
Be willing to build up slowly to your old level of exercise. And see what happens to your BP after a month or two.

My BP was high after the PM operation. Dr. put me on meds. I bought heart monitor and took readings which were very low with meds. I normally had /have low BP. My family Dr. took me off the meds. I was told not to return to my normal gym exercises - cardio and weight training - until two months after operation.
