Hi all I'm 23 and had my pm since October 2013...I had a constant kicking my Dr never seemed to concerned about it went sway for a bit but is back. The vein across my heart are backwards so I know it was hard to place my leads. I've been sick with a cold and my chest hurts And I feel very dizzy again.

You know you're wired when...
You fondly named your implanted buddy.

So, my advice is to go about your daily routine and forget that you have a pacemaker implanted in your body.
Diaphragmatic pacing

Hi!
That sounds a bit like "diaphragmatic pacing". Happens sometimes when the ventricular lead is in a spot close to the phrenic nerve, when they are epicardial leads, you have a left-ventricular lead, or when the output voltage is set too high. I have had problems with this. Usually what helps is turning the output down a bit or, if your leads are set "unipolar" to change this to "bipolar". Ask your doctor about it. In most cases it's an easy fix, just a matter of changing the voltage.
Best wishes
