Hi,
A few of you will have noticed I`ve been trying to cure my resting `funny feelings`. Needles to say I`m very happy with my exercise program and now after 12months of trying different settings I feel pretty fit .
One thing has come to light after the consultant suggested dropping me HR from 70 to 60 .
Basically when flat out my HR is about 135 (I take 1.25mg of beta blocker which I`m told has an effect of lowing my HR by about 10) so no problem there.
Previously at 70 following a 30min brisk walk my HR would be about 70/73 . Now with it set at 60 doing the same walk in the same time my HR is about 63/65.
I find now when relaxed I feel a bit `Dull` but on the positive side I seem to sleep better.
I would have thought that if I needed 70/73 to do my test walk then when set lower it should still have risen to the 70/73 .
As for the `funny feelings` it`s only been 14days so no conclusion yet.
Any ideas?
