Swimming Complication

Question for anyone who can answer it, I have a pacemaker in my abdomen put in at birth and since I have started going swimming in deep water at the indoor pool I get a tightness in my chest after exerting myself so my question is that if that's normal or is it even related to the pacemaker at all? BTW I am twelve and just started to learn to swim.

ps- Should I consult a Dr. and should I continue swimming.
